The TVAA Downtown Gallery in the Plaza of the Americas will present the 2010 “Nonobjective”exhibition, curated by Silvia Thornton, during the month of August.
Nonobjective art distinguishes itself from other art in that it has no recognizable objects. It is judged on composition, originality, and use of the principles of art and design.
Calendar:
- July 26: Jpgs due to curator
- July 28: Acceptance notifications sent
- July 31: In-take of accepted art (11am to 1 pm)
- August 2: Show opens to the public
- August 8: Reception from 2 to 4 pm
- August 28: Pick-up work (11am to 1 pm)
