Description: The Port of San Diego (Port) seeks to commission an artist to create permanent site‐specific artwork for the America's Cup Harbor Parking Facility planned for North Harbor Drive between Nimitz Boulevard and Scott Street and across from the sport fishing and leisure boating basin in San Diego, California.
The project will be funded through the Port's Percent for Art program; the process for artist selection and artwork development is being administered by the Port's Public Art Department (Public Art staff). If you have specific application questions, please call (619) 686-7246. Submittals must be received by the Port's Public Art Department no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 12, 2010.
